instant Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and ROAS ADS LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"), the company that runs Instant Reels. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps applies too.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. One account per person.
Your footage and your reels
- Your clips, moments and finished reels are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to build, fix and show you your reels, and to keep the service running.
- Only upload footage you filmed or have the right to use. If other people appear in it, they agreed to it.
- Delete your account any time in the app (Settings, Delete account). Your stored files go with it.
Reels you share with the app
When you share a reel, the app reads it to copy its cuts, timing and captions, then builds a new video from your footage. We don't publish the original or hand it back to you. What you post is your choice and your responsibility: follow Instagram's rules, and respect the rights of the original creator and of any music you use.
Plans, credits and payment
- Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, bought through Apple. The price is shown before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel or change your plan in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Each plan gives a number of credits a month. A reel up to 45 seconds uses 1 credit, a longer one 2. Fixing a reel or swapping a shot is free. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a plan.
- Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Fair use
Don't use the app to make anything illegal, hateful or sexual, to copy someone else's identity, or to break, overload or copy the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.
The results
Reels are made automatically and won't always be perfect. Watch each one before you post it. The app is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and the app tells you about big changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
